Insurance standards                                                                                                                   

1. We personally have 2x the general aggregate policy in addition to workers comp and commercial auto).  We have seen many times where companies are only getting the state minimums on insurance and on top of that not adding extra areas of protection on those insurance policies.  This is important as if this were ever an injury or incident and the policy is small for the company who brought out your equipment what could happen is they exhaust the company insurance and then go after the company personally and you personally to get the remainder of what be owed in liability.  
2. They typically only get a regular general aggregate policy but lack getting a Commercial Auto Policy - this is super risky because if someone is hurt by the "company vehicle" including the employee it may fall back to the property owner without a policy in place.
3.  They typically don't have workers comp because they are paying employees unlawfully as independent contractors. Again risky in the fact if they are hurt on a job site this could be personally something you have to deal with.

Cleanliness and Sanitizing of units

1. We have seen units littered with junk and dirt that look like they are just dirty.  It's disheartening to have a dirty jump arrive for your event.  3 Monkeys Inflatables cleans at every drop-off and pickup and has a wet and/or dirty area designated in our shop that requires our guys to log the unit on their paperwork with the issue and management schedules a deep cleaning prior to the next rental to ensure everything is perfect for our next rental.  We really put extra effort into making sure this is done right for our customers.
2. Lots of companies say they clean and sanitize but you really don't know if that is true or not.  Reviews help give a good picture of this and also live photos and videos company's post should also help you figure out more truth.  It also helps when you see them set up if they check the unit or clean it prior to your use.  3 Monkeys Inflatables has tons of reviews on Facebook, our website under reviews, and on google that will confirm that our units are cleaned and looking great.  We even post videos and pictures of the cleaning days of our wet/dirty items often over the summer.

Sanitizing units with sanitizers that really don't have the germ-killing power they claim it has.  We have seen this a lot with the Coronavirus where everyone is advertising sanitized and cleaned with a commercial cleaner - that doesn't mean that it has the ability to kill the coronavirus or other germs.  You not only need to look at that but you have to look at how long it has to be on the vinyl before being wiped away to get the germ-killing power.  Many times companies skip these steps and claim their stuff is sanitized when it really isn't or they just didn't follow the guidelines of the cleaner properly.    3 Monkeys Inflatables sanitizes all of our items with a Lysol Clean and Fresh Cleaner which is approved for use on the CDC website as approved for sanitizing even the coronavirus.  We are proud of the fact that this is a cleaner we have always used for over 13+ years to provide us with clean and sanitized units.  We follow up every cleaning with a layer of a mist of the Lysol clean and fresh cleaner to dry right on the unit to get any areas with a 1-minute germ-fighting regiment.  This allows for extra safety in our opinion and makes us feel like we are adding extra protection to our customers.  

Selection

Many companies have smaller inventories because they are just small mom and pop shops which is great but we have found our repeat customers want something new for their kids and/or events year after year and so I think we win a lot of work because we have an amazing selection of items to rent that will keep you busy for years and years to come with something new and exciting.

   1. Many companies don't have any type of safety documents to go over with the customer to provide training and furthermore they don't have any documented or formal training programs to educate, teach and ensure safety for every setup type.  3 Monkeys Inflatables has a formal safety program that is documented for our employees on all of our equipment and goes into having 3 tiers of drivers and specialized drivers on certain equipment.  We provide attendant, forklift, and customer service training as well.  We feel our employees are the best of the best!
2. Customer Service
   1. Many companies are not customer service friendly and do not even answer the phone on weekends for any issues or problems.  You are pretty much on your own when your rentals arrive.  3 Monkeys Inflatables offers 24/7 customer service phone lines during, before, and after your rental as well as training on-site for all of our customers so you know what to do for any situation you have come up and you are assured we are only a phone call away.
