A.All of our inflatables do come with the necessary blower(s) to inflate the unit(s) and we ask that if possible, you have power available within 50 feet of where the unit is going to be placed. What do I need to do to be ready for the delivery of my Hot Air Bounce?

You will need to make sure your setup is clear of rocks, sharp objects, and any other hazards. We also cannot set up under any type of utility lines and need that 5-foot cushion from any obstacles like trees or fences. In addition here are a few other tips to prepare:
1. Make sure you have a clear path for our delivery team, so it makes their job easier to get to the setup site and the pickup site on the return visit to collect the inflatable bounce house when you are finished with your rental.
2. If you have any type of hill/incline/decline where you want the hot air jump to be put, please verify with the office that our crew will be able to deliver to that area. The hot air balloon bounce along with our other inflatable equipment is heavy and it makes it hard to navigate on a hand truck down steep hills and even worse for the pickup crew. You may need to pay an additional fee for another crew to stop by to help our crew if you are unable to help, or have not notified the office and paid the additional fee.
3. Clean up any dog traps left on your grass. We do not setup on dog feces or any rocks, branches, or under low-lying tree limbs. Keep this in mind when planning where you want the inflatable setup.

Tell me what makes you a safe rental choice for a bounce house?

Great question! We are registered with the Department of Agriculture in Pennsylvania, and Maryland, and some equipment even in New Jersey! In Pennsylvania not only do we register our equipment and have it inspected a lot like Maryland & NJ, but we also have gone to a unique training class that allows us to study and test to become licensed approved ride inspectors for the state of PA. We currently have 3 ride inspectors on staff.

We also carry a Liability Insurance Policy as required by the state of PA, with the exception that our policy is way higher than the state minimum. We also have a commercial auto policy and workers comp policy for our business. Additionally, we have safety rules and instructions we go over on-site with our customers and monthly safety inspections on our equipment.

We secure all of our equipment/inflatables to the ground using ground stakes and/or sandbags based on a combination of manufacturer guidelines, as well as state guidelines. We have specific rules on wind/lightning on our equipment that is reviewed with our customer, as well as emailed out to our customers ahead of time. We also have complete training for all of our staff on attending inflatables, and follow state regulations of using staff 16 years or older that have been trained by our staff to monitor the use of the inflatable for safety.
