Now that you've thought about some entertainment for your guests as well as a place for them to sit and eat let's talk about what they're going to eat! What most people don't realize is that we also offer picnic style catering options. There is an order minimum of 100 guests to book our catering services because we do prepare the food right at your event venue. You can do something as simple as hot dogs, cold salad, and baked beans or you can go big with our custom picnic package that offers 4 meat options of hot dogs, hamburgers, bratwursts, and barbecue chicken. This package also includes baked beans, macaroni salad, potato salad, cole slaw, a variety of pre-packaged chip options, soda, and water. Top off your fall party food options with a few concessions rentals. We offer cotton candy, popcorn, and sno-cones. Last but not least we have recently added the option to upgade your picnic catering package to include ice cream novelties for just $1.50 per person.

Our Obstacle Course rentals range in length from 30 feet all the way to 115 feet!
Frequently Asked Questions About Fall Party Rentals
Q.When should I book my Fall Party Rental?
A.Our calendar fills up rather quickly so the sooner you book your fall party rental, the better. And by that we do mean even months in advance. We work with many large events in the Fall and often our dates will close out to the point where we cannot add any more rentals and we wouldn't want you to miss out!
Q.Can I make changes to my rental for my fall party once it is placed?
A.Please keep in mind we do collect a 25%, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This is non-refundable for any reason. If you wish to remove something from your order, it must be replaced with another rental item of equal or higher value. We can always add to an order, we just cannot take away.
Q.Do you deliver rentals for fall parties to park locations?
A.We do deliver to parks. However, please understand that this restricts us scheduling wise with our delivery trucks. With that said, parks located within York County have a $200 same day setup and pickup fee and parks outside of York County have a $300 park fee for same day set up and pick up. You are still required to have at least a 3 hour window of flexibility on either end of your start and end time. For more information please contact our office staff by calling 717.650.7657.
Q.The latest I see as an end time is 9 p.m. but my party runs later. Can I book the fall party rental items later than 9 p.m.?
A.If an event runs past 9:00 p.m. our system requires us to book it overnight with a potentially early morning pickup, for a $40 overnight fee per inflatable item. If you have a bounce house and a slide that will be an $80 overnight fee.
