This 20’x40’ pole tent rental with sides allows for plenty of room for both guest tables and chairs as well as food tables, gift tables, etc. There is a big opening on the one end of the tent where guests can enter and exit the tent as well as a large picture window next to the opening. Each side has four, large windows to let in light during the day and they add to the elegant look in the dark. You can add string lights to the tent to provide plenty of lighting for an event at night. They also add to the overall ambiance of your event. We would suggest a minimum of 3 string lights added to your cart for the 20x40 canopy tent with walls.

Our professional crew will arrive with the tent rental in tow and complete the set up prior to your event. It is preferred that the tents be set up on grass where we can stake into the ground to secure the tent. Under no circumstances do we set up any of our tents on concrete. However, if the 20x40 tent with sidewalls is being set up on asphalt it is important for you to know that the only way we can secure the tent is by drilling into the asphalt itself. The cost of filling in the hole is included in the rental cost of this tent. Our crew will will bring an asphalt fill to fill in the hole at the time of pickup.

How long do I get to keep the 20x40 tent with sidewall rental for?

Our canopy tent rentals with sidewalls are for up to 8 hours. As for when delivery will occur, we will either set up the day of your event or possibly 1-2 days prior. This really just depends on where your location best fits in our schedule at that time. As for pickup, if you book your tent rental from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m. there is a chance we may come back at 8:00 p.m. or later that same evening for pick up. If you do not want us to return that evening, and you are concerned your guests may still be there, it is highly suggested that you pay the additional $40.00 overnight fee which will guarantee the tent pick up the following day. Please be sure to specify this at the time of booking.
