The 20x40 Grass Setup Tent Rental is great to add to your order for your parties, corporate events, weddings, cookouts, showers, bar/bah mitzvahs, grand openings, and large events that you are having where you want to create either a shaded area with seating for your guests or create a dining area to enjoy food and snacks.

What's included in the Tent Setup?

The Tent setup has steel poles, steel stakes, and nylon rope in order to secure the setup in the grass. This tent does not have any sidewalls, it is just a top tent. There are side poles that are two pieces 1" diameter, galvanized steel that is 7' tall. The center poles are four-piece, 1.5" diameter, galvanized steel, 12'9" tall.

Capacity

A 20x40 party pole tent will accommodate 80 people for a sit-down dinner. A standard event planner's rule of thumb for comfortable seating is 10 square feet per person to allow for table and chair space.

What are the Standard features of this Tent?

One-piece top, 14 oz translucent vinyl, with reinforced aluminum plates sew into top all points for heavy-duty installation. All panels are bonded with 1" heat-sealed overlapped seams. Scalloped valances bond with vinyl binding. Sidewall rope is permanently attached to the tent. Guy ropes and jump ropes are spliced in at each pole location. Includes poly top and side pole bag. Heavy-duty 2 pieces 1" steel side poles, with Heavy-duty 4 piece 1.75" center poles, steel angle tent stakes, with wood tension block included for tightening tent ropes.

Tent SETUP:

We set up tents typically 1-3 days prior to the event time. If you have specific timing that you would need the tent set up please email us directly. Keep in mind the tents typically take 3-4 hours of setup time. However as everything goes this is a one-day rental, so please do not count on setup and pickup early/late as it is only if it fits into our schedule that it may be set up before or after the day of your event. If you need to ensure that you have it set up early and picked up later another day then you would have to pay an additional day rental per extra day. You can pay an additional $40 per item overnight fee to keep it till the next morning as another alternative.

We can set up the tents either on grass or asphalt. We will drive Steel Tent Stakes into the ground to secure them whether it be on grass or asphalt. For asphalt setup please call our office. Any questions please email us directly.
