Q.Our MiniTHON runs overnight, when will you deliver and pick-up?

A.If your MiniTHON begins in the evening hours we would ask that we have flexibility to drop off any time during the day. If your event ends at 6 a.m. we ask for flexibility to come back during business hours to pick the rental equipment back up. We also ask that you provide us with the name and mobile number for the point of contacts for both the set up and the pick up in case our driver's would need to get in touch with someone.

Q.Do you provide any discounts for schools doing MiniTHONs?

A.Please read this answer through until the end - you'll see why! We are sorry, but we are not able to provide discounts or donations for your Pennsylvania MiniTHON event. As much as we would love to, we are a business. The number of organizations we work with each year for this wonderful cause constantly grows so it would be impossible who to pick for a donation. Q.We are tax exempt, how do we get the tax removed from our MiniTHON rental?

A.Get a hold of your tax exempt id number and email the form or number to our office staff at info@3monkeysinflatables.com so that we can remove the tax from your rental. If you are placing your order online, pay just the deposit to allow us to remove the tax and send you an updated invoice with the tax removed. If you are placing your order over the phone, you may do so by calling our office at 717-650-7657 and at that time you can provide the tax number to us.
