Let's Talk About Set Up and Pick Up

Understandably, an after prom event typically is held late at night (usually starting around 11 p.m. or 12 a.m.) and runs into the wee hours of the early morning. Something you may want to find out in advance is how early we can access the post party prom location to do our set up. And, are we able to return the following day during business hours to do our pick up of the equipment? Having this scheduling flexbility will allow us to waive our public location fee and avoid an additional fee for us having to pick up outside of normal business hours (for example, if we absolutely have to send a crew at 3 a.m. to pick up the equipment, there will be an additional fee). You may be wondering why that is and we would be happy to explain this to you. Not only do we have to incentivize for our employees to go out at this hour, outside of our typical business hours, but it also takes them out of our rotation for set ups the following morning. Safety is of utmost importance to our company and we would not want to disbatch a crew at say 2 a.m. for a 3 a.m. pickup and have them continue working through the morning.
