In order to drive the cars the driver must be at least 48" tall so that he or she can safely and comfortably reach the pedals of the bumper cars. Those who are under 48" may be passenger with a responsible older child or adult.

How do the bumper cars run?

You may be surprised to learn that our bumper cars are powered by car batteries. However, the arena is inflatable and does have a blower that requires power. Remember, we like to plug into power within 50 feet. We can run power up to 100 feet. If there is no power within 100 feet you will need to add a small generator rental to this item for the correct amount of power.

Do the bumper cars have to be on a flat surface?

Yes, the bumper cars must be set up on a flat surface. We can run them on dry grass. But, the best surface is a hard floor indoors or outside on concrete or asphalt.

If I rent the bumper cars, is an attendant included?

Absolutely an attendant is included with our bumper car rental and price. This is what we consider a specialty item so you will get a specially trained operator to come set up and run the event for you from start to finish.

How long will the bumper cars run?

Our bumper car rental is for up to 3 hours. You can have additional time for an additional cost. If using bumper cars on grass the longest they will run is about 4 hours. If we are operating them on a hard surface they will last about 5 hours. We will not book them for more than a 5 hour event unless it is a long enough event with time in between to break and recharge the batteries.
